Made this last night and it was amazing! I would have given it 5 stars but I changed the recipe based on what I had on hand, also I read another reviewers comments and copied them. If interested in the changes I made- I soaked in milk, coated with flour mixture which was (not measured)- flour, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, paprika, basil, celery salt, cayenne, ginger, thyme. I sauteed the fish with minced garlic and olive oil. Removed fish, added to pan- 1/2 cup chicken broth, juice from 1 lime, 1 chopped tomato. Cooked down then whisked in the butter, 1/4 cup cream and some of the seasoned flour that remained from the coating. Poured this gravy over the fish. DELICIOUS!!!!
