No-Fuss Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
I used the traditional Sage Stove Top, and added a little extra sage, plus other seasonings, and used beef broth instead of water. I also made my grandmothers famous meatloaf sauce (ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire Sauce) and put that on the top. Even my sister ate it, and she claims to hate meatloaf! :) Good and easy!

Baked Omelet Squares

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
When making this recipe, I thought to myself that I wanted a flaky crust for it! so I got a crescent sheet and baked it first in the bottom of the baking dish ... I then topped the baked crust with the meat and veggies and cheese, and poured the egg on top. Well, my crust then floated. I figured oh well, I'm gonna bake it anyways and see how it turns out. Fantastic! It looked a little odd at first, and I had to poke it because it looked like I was baking a giant ham!! LoL! Well, the egg kind of cooked into the crescent, and it turned out great! I will definitely be making this over and over! :)

Pineapple Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
This was really good! The only think that I had to do differently was the baking time... I had to bake it for almost 45 minutes, rather than 25, until it was finally done. The chicken was very flavorful, and came out moist and tender. I served it with rice, which I cooked in half pineapple juice, 2 T. of soy sauce, and the rest water. Delicious!

Apricot Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
This was awesome! I made a few changes though ... I put the chicken breasts in the crock pot with the salsa, apricot nectar, apricot preserves, pepper, salt, and cumin. I shredded it then, large shreds. I used half apricot nectar and half water, and some cumin for the rice, and it came out fantastic!

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
I made this chicken exactly as it says to. I thought it was flavorless, and didn't look very good either. Without the Mushroom sauce, it would have been awful.
