My main comment is that this soup does NOT make 6 servings, more like 12. I made this for my roommate and I (using all of the suggestions listed, definitely add the sausage - yum!) and while it was a good soup, not our favorite, but definitely good, it made way too much for us. Maybe instead of increasing all of the spices etc, only use half of the water/broth if you want 6 servings.

These sopapillas were definitely good, I made them for friends who said they were very good. One thing about the recipe though, you definitely need to have the dough much thinner than 1/4". We had them that thick at first and they turned out horribly, but then we flattened them as much as we could and they were much much better. Top with honey and cinnamon.

These are delicious! I made them with pepperoni and black olives, I left out the tomatoes because I do not like them, and it turned out great! We also have a large muffin pan, that makes oversized muffiins, so I made it in that, and they turned out perfectly. Mine turned out moist, possibly because I was watching it so closely after using a larger tin, but I do not beleive these would be good if they were dry, so moniter them closely. They also reheat well, and make for good lunches.

This is an awesome pasta salad, I loved it! It makes a huge amount, but my family had no problem eating all of it in less than a week. I omited the peppers and added artichoke hearts. Also, I halved the asagio cheese and added feta to make up the difference. It was delicious! This is definatly one of my favorite recipes now.
