German Potato Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
Excellent! I make this all the time. I like to add different ingredients for more flavor I add finely chopped mushrooms or bacon and shredded cheese + garlic is the trick. Serve with side of ketchup, super tasty. Trick is to fry it slowly over medium setting using a bit of oil here and there... Enjoy!

Hungarian Goulash II

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
I use this recipe all the time!A very simple and tasty goulash. I'm not a big fan of using salt, so the 1st time was too salty for me. 2nd time I didn't use any, which was fine - just needs about a teaspoon I think. A very good dish served with rice, noodles or potatoes. Try it!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
I like this recipe a lot as it is easy to make, tasty and needs little time to prepare! One time I did not have a can of cream of mushroom soup - so I substituted with a can of cream of celery soup and a can of mushrooms, and we loved it - made a great tasting gravy.

Very good recipe - I had only almond oil and substituted peas pods by adding broccoli. If you don't have soya sauce, try using a splash of oyster sauce. My husband loved it!

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2011
I wanted to make a simple chili and this one is very good! - I didn't have pinto beans, sugar or tomato juice. I added a can off crushed tomatoes, and added 1/2 cup of water. Our family likes it more on the spicier side - so we added extra cayenne peppers. Makes a great chili!

Great recipe. I was out of the can of stewed tomatoes and substituted using left over salsa sauce and omitted the white vinegar. Wonderful spicy and bold taste. I served it over bow tie noodles with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. A+
