Pizza Crust for Bread Machine

You don't have to change a thing about this recipe. It's so easy. The results are great: crispy outside, chewy inside. We love it.

I've made this several times now. I use beef broth instead of bouillon/water, and I usually use frozen meatballs. You can throw everything but the cilantro and the meatballs in the crockpot on high for a couple of hours. Then add the meatballs and cook for about 2 more hours, then garnish with lots of cilantro. One of my all time favorite recipes!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

We actually prefer this soup without the half and half - we only added it the first time. You can cut back on the butter also, and the taste is still wonderful. I've made this soup several times now and it's a keeper.

Burrito Pie

This tasted great! I even substituted ground turkey breast for the ground beef and I used whole wheat tortillas. Everyone loves it. We'll be making this recipe often. :)

Barbecue Beef Cups

I used a hickory/brown sugar barbeque sauce for this recipe and it was wonderful! They're good to have in the fridge for quick snacking (if they last that long). I'll be making these again.

Baked Spinach

This baked spinach is AWESOME. The leftovers are easy to take to work and heat up (the leftovers don't last in this house). I crave this dish! It's now a favorite :)

Sweet Potato Pie II

Spinach Bread

I just love this bread, I make it almost every week. It has a great flavor and works well with vegie sandwiches or as toast. I take it to work and people rave over it. It's one of the best breads I've ever tasted.
