Mexican Rice II

I ended up trying this recipe using sushi rice because I didn't have any long-grain, and it turned out great! Probably a bit more wet (soggy) than it would have using regular rice, but it still tasted great. If you like your rice more on the moist-side, this turns out great. I just cooked it until the liquid was mostly gone, so it may have been longer than the suggest time.
