Curried Butternut Squash and Pear Soup

Wow!!! 5-Star as-is, no changes. I'd like to say that it was fantastic with 1 1/2 lbs. of frozen cubed squash, making it a year-round recipe (and is much easier). Next time I'm going to double the recipe and freeze some.

Sausage and Zucchini Lasagna

Fantastic! I like a full-flavored dish, and thought it might need more spices, etc, but I was wrong, it's perfect the way it is! I also thought it would taste just like lasagna, but it has a different flavor and is lighter, which is nice. A real keeper. The only change is that, instead of a 9X13 pan, I made 2-8X8 dishes, and it worked perfectly. I'm going to try freezing one of them next time. Great recipe!

Hot and Sour Chicken and Cabbage Soup

Fantastic recipe! I'm going to decrease the pepper flakes a tad, but that's personal preference. Also, I added the cabbage about 10 minutes before the chicken, and was glad I did. Thanks for posting this, we loved it.

Japanese Zucchini and Onions

Simply loved this. Wouldn't change a thing! (I'm allergic to sesame seeds, but didn't think it was missing anything.) Used a mandoline to slice the onions and zuccs, and made a double recipe.
