Baked Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2012
Made this for the Texans game this past Monday. (5-0 Baby!) I followed the directions of the recipe, in addtion to adding a bag of garlic parmasean seasoning and a half a cup of Franks original hot sauce. Laid them flat on a cookie sheet UNCOVERED for 40-45 minutes. made about 25 flats. (Didn't make the drumettes) These babies were awesome!! Definitely will be making these for the Super Bowl party!! ;)

Heather's Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
Not bad for my first time frying! Easy, step-by-step directions. I did brine the meat for 2 hours in a salt and lemon herb bath before cooking. (suggestion made by others) Will definitely make this again. :)

Happy Roast Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
Enjoyed this recipe as a first time WHOLE chicken cooker!! Very tasty and lots for lunch and dinner the next day for a two person household. Didn't have Dijon, so I used Honey BBQ sauce mixed with a little Worcestershire and it worked just fine. Of course with all recipes, I added more seasons like Garlic Salt, G. Powder and Oregano to taste. I added Carrots and potatoes the last 30 minutes of cooking. (picture number 6.) Will make again!!!

Nadine's Delicious Tilapia

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
Great dish!! I did not cut into pieces. Cooked stovetop in EVOO. I used flavored croutons and crushed them in a bag for my 'bread crumbs'. Added salt to the flour and Garlic Powder and Garlic Salt, Pepper and Itailian Season to the bread crumbs. NOTE - pat the fish dry before putting in flour. Flour will hold to the better and hold the crumbs better!

Bourbon Street Rib-Eye Steak

Steaks turned out pretty good from this recipe. I will not, however, pack the brown sugar as the taste was a bit too sweet, for me. But definitely a keeper!!

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2011
This recipe was perfect for a mid-week dinner for two, plus lunch for the next day. Adding additional herbs and spices to my liking, and this dish was PREFECT!! One thing that I think is a MUST in making that dish is to pound out the meat. Gives it that Olive Garden look and cooks evenly! This recipe will remain in rotation for a quick, yummy meal. :)
