Orange Glazed Chicken Wings
Amazing! I changed it up a bit but not much. I used boneless/skinless chicken breasts instead of wings and put them in a baking dish. For the glaze, I used the marmalade & dijon mustard (just guessed on the amounts) and worchestershire sauce instead of soy. Covered the chicken with the sauce, baked at 350 for about 30 minutes. Served over rice and made some extra sauce (added a little chicken broth to make it a bit saucier) - fantastic!!! (served with green beans)

Mango-licious Tilapia
I love fish - especially tilapia - but I have to say, I've had better tilapia. I let the fish marinate in the orange juice concoction for about 20 minutes and still, the fish by itself didn't have much flavor. The salsa on the other hand - oh my! AMAZING. I'll definitely be making it again and again and serve it with everything. I served the tilapia over brown basmati rice (and discovered that we don't like basmati rice!) and covered it with the salsa. I enjoyed it - can't say I loved it. Next time, I'll probably do the salsa with chicken and regular white rice and see how that goes! Overall, a good recipe.

Peppermint Snowballs
I love these things, but I will never, ever make them again. Positives: very pepperminty, different from the normal holiday cookies everyone makes, and just plain yummy. Negatives: BACK ACHE. These things take forever to roll. I even had to get my hubby to help because my back was killing me after about 50 of them. Only make these if you have a lot of time! I didn't realize just how long they would take otherwise I would've started an hour or 2 earlier.
