Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions

This is delicious if you cut way back on the brown sugar. 2/3 cups is way to much. Cutting it to 1/3 cup might be too much. I made a slurry of cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce before serving otherwise it's too thin. The flank steak is the best cut of meat to use.
