Cheese Herb Bread

This is a great bread, but it's even better as breadsticks! I'm a garlic fiend, so I added quite a lot of minced garlic along with everything else. I also reduced the yeast to 2 teaspoons.

Banana Banana Bread

Fantastic! All of my friends rave about this bread, and my sister begs me to make it. I've added chocolate chips and walnuts with good results, but everyone goes crazy when I stir in peanut butter and peanut butter chips. I also like to shake in a little cinammon, nutmeg, and vanilla, although it's great without.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Incredible! My father (a big salmon fan) said that this was the best salmon he'd ever eaten, and decided to call it "Pretty Salmon" because it comes out looking _gorgeous_. I subsituted chopped hazelnuts for the pecans.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge

Rich and tasty. On a whim, I coated the bottom of the pan with graham cracker pieces, and it turned out very well- a lot like s'mores. Maybe I'll try to work marshmallows into the mix next time...

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Fantastic! Had to leave out the ginger and the garlic went in a little late (both of which I'm blaming on my sister), but the fish was out of this world. Definitely serve it over rice so that you don't waste any of that great sauce!

Creamed Spinach II

Quick, easy, and delicious! I ended up making this twice in the span of two days, once with fresh spinach and once with frozen. I substituted creamy broccoli soup for the cream of mushroom soup, and it came out beautifully.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

My only complaint is that it didn't brown under the broiler... but that's probably because I got impatient (and hungry!) because it smelled good. I used an oil mister, which cut down on the amount of oil required and made the dish even healthier. Very good!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Very easy and very tasty. I'll definitely make this again. Also, my cat went crazy while I was eating, and kept trying to steal it from me. He was very disappointed that there were so few scraps.

Personal Portobello Pizza

Excellent! I marinated my mushroom in a bit of Italian dressing for a little extra flavor, and with a little cheese and tomato sauce, it was wonderful. I'll definitely use this recipe again.
