Hot Bean Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
Concept of this recipe is great! Delicious too! My family loved it. I did change things, layered in this order.... 1) 1 package of cream cheese mixed with 1/2 package of cheesy taco seasoning 2) 1 can of refried beans mixed with 1 can of chilis 3) small layer of hot taco sauce 4) mixed taco/Mexican shredded cheese and cheddar Bake at 400 degrees, for 20 minutes 5) top with more hot taco sauce and pico de gallo. YUM! Certainly making this again!!

The raspberry chips are hard to find. I made them with cherry chips. Lots of compliments! Very easy recipe!

The concept of this recipe is great. It's very addicting! Very easy. Will make again!

Everyone loved them at Christmas! I made them in circular cookie shapes. And they were the first cookies/dessert items gone. The women all asked for this recipe. Grrrreat!

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2011
I debated about 3 or 4 stars. Everyone commented how good they were, however, I was not satisfied. The sugar should have been left out. It was just too sweet for me.

Heavenly Shrimp Dip

I wasn't that impressed. I think it needs something? Too plain for me. If you decide to make, be sure to use the brand cocktail sauce.

Caesar Hot Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
AWESOME!!!! I read the reviews regarding the dip being "soupy," and became concerned because you should never make a dish for the first time, when serving to a party. However, I was sure to PIT THE TOMATOES and drain the artichoke good. This includes not only draining the artichoke, but squeezing the excess out after chopping. I also added green onion chives. Note, this isn't really spicy...if you want a kick, add more than what it calls for, but I love a bite to everything. I could have made double or triple the single recipe because it was gone before anything else. Highly recommended! Will make again soon!!
