Tater Tot Casserole

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
I am giving this recipe five stars because everyone in my family liked it and it was super easy and fast! I used ground turkey and sprinkled cheddar cheese inside and on top. I sereved it with steamed broccoli.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
This was so moist and delicious! Best baked fish I ever made! The only change I made was using dried parsley and I squeezed the juice of a whole lemon into the marinade. Yum!

Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
My husband loves this pork chop recipe! I fry them in an iron skillet and just transfer that to the oven and they turn out great! If you double the recipe, don't double the bread crumb/ parmesan mixture because there's way more than enough! I served it with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Yum!

Tater Tot Casserole I

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
This was really good, and my family ate the whole pan! I used four eggs, like others had suggested and baked the tater tots at 450 for ten minutes before putting them on top of the casserole. I put a bunch of cheese, probably 3 cups altogether. We ate it for supper because we often eat "breakfast-type" suppers. This recipe is worth a try if you like the ingredients. You could easily substitute cooked bacon or ham as well.

Grilled Chicken Panini

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
I made this for lunch the other day and it was super easy and so tasty! I only used a little pesto on each slice of bread, and used two pieces of provolone cheese. I also warmed the chicken before putting it on the sandwich. Instead of brushing olive oil on the bread, I just put a little butter in the pan and grilled the sandwich like a grilled cheese. Yummy!

Chocolate Trifle

My family and in-laws loved this dessert! I did what others said and mixed the pudding with whipping cream rather than cool whip. It was wonderful! I will definitely make this again!

Easy Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2012
My family liked this meal, and it got all eaten up! I added a little Cajun seasoning and used crushed tomatoes and regular smoked sausage. I made instant rice in the microwave. Easy and tasty!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
Very good, but my reccommendation would be to cook the chicken for awhile first and pour off some of the liquid before adding the sauce. With the sauce and everything cooked together it was a little runny.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
It was good, but I used bonless, skinless breasts and an hour was too long for baking. I will make it again but bake it for half the time, turning after 15 minutes or so. I served it with vegetable fried rice, which was yummy!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
It was okay, but a little too sour. Maybe you should use a little less of the vinegar.
