Surprise Banana Cake
This is one of the easiest banana cake recipes I've ever found. I have of this in my pantry/frig at all times. I also like to use the Chocolate Frosting I recipe for the topper. It's fudgy, yet not too thick. It really sets off this fabulous cake nicely. Great combination. I also used the extra teaspoon of baking powder. Came out perfectly!

Easy and Fun Peanut Butter Balls
Very tasty and quick to make! I use my little 'scoop' from Pampered Chef to make the balls. They are flat on one side and sit nicely in a container. We actually store ours in the freezer. Awesome little protein treat for the summertime!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
The best snickerdoodles I've ever made! I added an extra teaspoon of vanilla to mine. Plus, I made my cinnamon sugar topping 4T of sugar and 2t of cinnamon. Gives them more of a sweet flavor and lightens up the mixture a bit. Thanks for the terrific recipe!
