Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
Added a little garlic powder and paprika;the juiciest chicken I've ever had.Spend the 5 bucks and buy a meat thermometer. All ovens are different and all birds a different sizes. The meaty part of the thigh was 165 when I took it out;wrapped in tinfoil for 30 min. , it will cook a little more but it doesn't matter if you wait 45 or an hour.

Baked Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2011
really good .The best I've made from this site.I had alot of wings so I made half as stated in the recipe and half with 1/2 a cup of Frank's red hot sauce added to the bag.The wings without the sauce disappeared first. The one's with the added sauce were good too,but they were a little soggy.A few of the Frank's wings were a little black due to the tomato based sauce as well.Next time I'll follow the recipe and if someone wants wing sauce they can have it on the side.Great recipe

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
the batter was bland but the sauce was really good.Next time I'll just omit the batter step. It's just added calories that does'nt help the dish enough.not to mention prep time and clean up will be drastically reduced.

Individual Baked Eggs

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
What a great and easy way to cook eggs!!Every Christmas I make eggs bennedict , and for a family of 6 we always eat in intervals. Not any more.I baked mine for about 18 min. to achieve the consistencey I wanted.Tastes just like a poached egg.Used turkey bacon and 1/2 tsp. of butter in each cup.Sprayed each cup with Pam and they popped out without sticking.I omitted the cheese as well.

T's Sweet Potato Fries

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
Changed the lemon pepper for chili powder.Like many others,I had a hard time crisping these up.I broiled them for about 8 min, keeping a close eye on them,at the end and it seemed to help. The taste turned out as I hoped;delicious.I'll try these again maybe sprinkling them with flour or corn startch to see if it helps the "soggy factor".

Tasty Texas Tenders

These were just o.k.I like the taste of dill but I found it a little strong in this application, even with 3x the breading you need for 1 lb. of chicken.

Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
Pretty good. Not the best ever.It does taste a little like meat loaf as others stated(no disrespect to meat loaf but I wanted a burger. )Everyone ate it without a complaint(or compliment).I probably won't make this again. The ranch mix made these a little salty as well.

I used boneless chicken breast like many others. This was very easy to prepare.I spiced up the breasts a little before baking, then followed the recipe the rest of the way. This is an easy and different way to have chicken on a busy week night.
