Apple Turnovers

I made these for the holiday season for friends and family. I had to make them for everyone for a week after that. They were such a hit!

Blueberry Crumb Muffins

I did enjoy the muffins, but I would say substitute the oil for applesauce.. keeps them moist and they come out amazing. also blueberries I'd say 1cup is PLENTY maybe even over kill! All depends on what you feel is enough, and the batter make sure you taste it before it goes in the oven. I ended up adding a little bit more cinnamon to it, but it all depends on taste!

Dad's Breakfast Pizza

Best way to spice up breakfast! I though cut it in half.. What the recipe calls for is a huge amount. and after about 4 or so days it is quite gross. also add a little salt and pepper to the eggs along with cheese. it gives it a little more oomph in my opinion

Stuffed Peppers for Two

Was very yummy. The peppers came out a little plain and they were just sort of there I would suggest a little bit of spice for them after you shock them. I did take out the rice and replace it like Dezaray suggested, my boyfriend loved em! I would make a minor suggestion though. before you mix the egg in with everything, spice the meat the way you like it with or without the sauce I didn't use the sauce I used a mix of things I had in my pantry

My Chili

Excellent chili I did tweak it a little bit. I added green peppers to the mix along with an onion, I also used diced (and fresh ) tomatoes. I also drained the kidney beans before hand ( I thought the liquid would make it thicker, but add an odd flavor ) so away it went. also a little extra garlic another clover or two was wonderful. I skipped the oregano because of an allergy my boyfriend had and instead used parsley, paprika, and some of that crushed red pepper spice
