I didn't start cooking until after my son was born , he's 6 years old now . My mom was an excellent cook , but i always rejected her offer when she wanted to teach me how to cook . Finally after my son was born i started to learn how to cook , baking was always the thing i interested the most , but now i have love for both of them . Other than cooking and baking , i love working out , i love running , i love doing yoga and music , i play guitar and keyboard . I love dogs too !!

Bread Machine Challah I
I;ve been using this recipe so many times , and even with bread machine it tastes pretty good , except it has a thick hard crust , which i don't really like . So the last time i made them , i only let the bread machine takes care of the dough and i took it out , braided them and let it sit for half an hour and baked it for 20 minutes , at 375 F , the result was beautiful challah and tastes delicious !!! awesome recipe , i didn't even change a thing !!

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup
This was my first time making lemon rice soup , although the recipe was so yummy , i have to give it 4 stars , reason is , you DON'T need 6 TBSP. soup base , i only used 3 tbsp and it still way too salty . I ended up have to add a little water , to tone it down . Next time i probably just use 1-2 tbsp. soup base . In my opinion unless you use water instead of chicken broth you don't need 6 tbsp. of soup base . All and all it was easy recipe and delicious .. minus the 6 tbsp. of soup base :)

Limehouse Chicken
This was a really good and simple , easy recipe . I've made few changes , i mixed paprika with smoked paprika , and also the juice turned out to be too runny , so after it's done , i poured all the juice in a skillet and i added a little cornstarch mixed with water to thicken it up . Other than that , it was perfect ! I served it with rice and brussel sprouts .
