Always a hit a parties. Sometimes I serve it with pita chips or tortilla chips. I also like to use sweet Italian dressing.

People love these at parties and I always keep the ingredients on hand for "surprise" company. They are THAT easy to make.

Easy Alfredo Sauce II

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
Great and easy! After following the recipe and right before adding the pasta, I added 5 slices of cooked bacon and a can of peas. Worked great!

Baked Fresh Cherry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
We used fresh bing cherries and followed the recipe exactly. I put my husband to work on the pitting and he did a great job. We had so much fun doing it together we have decided to make one every year and to use this recipe. Painted the top with egg wash and put a star in the middle for the 4th. Once we arrived at the party, the pie was the main event. Served with vanilla ice cream and it was gone!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2009
We halved the recipe for two people and we used fresh rosemary from our garden since we didn't have any thyme. This recipe was excellent and will now be a staple at our house for special occasions and general spoilings. My husband cooked it in a dutch oven and between prep and actual cook time, it really only took an hour and twenty minutes. He did say the key to timing was being able to manage the three steps of onions, sauce, and meat.

Quick and Easy Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
I figured since I make these all the time I should probably review the recipe. So easy and so quick! They always disappear before they are completely cooled. I line my pan with parchment paper so that I don't have to grease the pan... or clean it either! Mine always take about 28 minutes to get that balance of cakey and chewy. I am not sure why other reviewers struggle with the recipe. It is extremely straight forward. The "cakeyness" that some complain of is probably due to the type of flour they are using as well as the method they use to measure it. Densely packed flour will quickly turn this into a cake. Also, the better the cocoa powder (not hot chocolate mix!) the better these are. Invest in your stomach and spoil your taste buds with some quality dutch cocoa and you will never go back to another recipe or store bought mix again.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
What a great recipe! So simple and so easy on the pantry. I marinated for a full 24 hours and it was soooo worth it. When the loin was cooling I used what was left in the dish to make a sauce. This is now a staple recipe for my family.

Cider Vinegar Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
Very easy and very tender. I thought the vinegar would be too strong of a flavor because the odor was very strong out of the oven. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the vinegar flavor was nowhere to be found.

White Chili I

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
Great recipe. This is the second time I have made it. First time I followed the recipe exactly. It was great! This time I added a can of creamed corn. It made it a little thicker which is to my husband's liking and gave it a little more depth. This was so simple and fast and tastes even better the next day.

Vegetarian Korma

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
This was a stellar recipe. My husband, who refuses to take leftovers to work, took the leftovers to work! It was very easy, great flavor, and a nice subtle heat from the jalapeños. I thought I had cashews, but I didn't so I used peanuts, I bet the cashews would be even better. Also, I served ours over noodles.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2009
Easy recipe and delicious product. This is the best pound cake I have ever made. I offered it with a Raspberry Sauce and Blueberry Sauce. Both of which were recipes I found on allrecipes.com A word of caution: I made a personal mistake and assumed the recipe only made one loaf (the picture representing the recipe is of one loaf) so I doubled the recipe, which worked fine by the way. I ended up with two loaves and a bundt. All were fabulous though.

This is a go to for me. I always have these ingredients in my pantry so if I want/need a healthy snack, I am just three minutes away. It is delicious. Sometimes I throw in some Paprika for a little extra fun.

Easy. Turned out great. Doubled the recipe, made them all, and froze the ones we didn't eat. Pop them in the toaster in the morning, slather on some peanut butter and out the door.

Speedy Oven Fudge

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
This was a super easy and delicious fudge recipe. The only tip I can add is to cut up the butter into roughly tablespoon sized pieces. It helps everything come together quicker in the oven. Used 1/2 cup of walnuts and it hardened up nicely.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2010
Great cookie! I make them for gifts when someone has been exceptional! The recipe "as is" is phenomenal... but sometimes I like to add in heath toffee chunks from time to time. Also, instead of just walnuts, sometimes I like to use cashews and pecans as well. Gives a little more depth to it all. NO cookie will ever compare!

Garlic Chive Chicken

This was incredible. The key to this recipe is roasting the garlic. You will not achieve the appropriate flavor without that step.
