I ran out of propane so had to do this on a George Foreman. I much rather having the grill for the nice charred flavor. This was excellent on top of my ceasar salad.

Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: May 6, 2006
I skipped melting the butter in a skillet part and just melted the butter and poured on the chicken after putting the rub in, cooked on low on a grill for about 2 hrs (3.5 lb chicken). Let the chicken rest 20 minutes and it was so juicy and the skin was nice and crispy. This was a no brainer and needed little attention. Everyone loved this.

Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin

Reviewed: May 6, 2006
Come on people try this one! Five star hit. I made this for a bunch of people and it was gone in no time. I only got a little piece myself. I let the rub marinade a couple hours in a zip loc and put on the grill for about 2 hrs on low after searing it first. Let rest for 25 minutes and you won't have any complaints. Thanks for this recipe pork board.

Grilled Salmon with Habanero-Lime Butter

Reviewed: May 3, 2006
Good flavor. I used swordfish, didn't have tequila and cooked in the oven because it was raining outside. I will try step by step next time.

Stuffed Shells I

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2006
I took Littlepuffy's suggestion and added chopped spinach, fresh basil and parsley. I used fresh mozzerella and parmesan and didn't deem necessary to have as much sauce as posted in the recipe.

I used garlic powder instead and added salt and ground black pepper with a dash or two of tabasco instead of cayenne.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2006
I've been making this style of stuffing since most of my life. I love adding dried cranberries or apples and I'm not shy on the poultry seasoning and pepper.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2006
Effortless and Delicious. I bought a 4lb boneless pork butt left it whole and cooked on low for 8hrs. Shredded and added Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. Best pork pulled pork. Next time I will trim off the fat because when I shredded it fell apart so easily that the fat was hard to sift out.

Southern Living Magazine's Chicken-Fried Steak

Not bad but I prefer to fry chicken and not steak. Gravy was not good as is, I added about 2 or 3 tsp of "Better than Bouillion" Chicken flavor to give it more flavor.

Kickin' Collard Greens

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2006
I'm a New Englander and this is my first time trying collard greens. Not bad, I'm sure if I was more use to this green I would like it more. I chopped up the bacon before cooking to skip the slower method of frying then crumbling.
