Bermuda Spinach Salad

Yum yum!!! I made my own croutons cubing italian bread tossed in olive oil, garlic + onion powder, salt, pepper and parsley. Broiled until golden brown. I added a little more apple cidar vinegar to cut the sweet down a little.

Apple Butter Pork Loin

Very good. I seared my in a pan then put in the oven with the applesauce and apple butter mixture and cooked the pork at 350 degrees for a little over an hour. Came out very juicy and tastey.

Carla's Fruit Dip

Big hit at a party I went to. I used 8oz of philly cream cheese blended at room temperature with the fluff then folded in whipped topping and couple drops of red food coloring. Everyone wanted to know how to make.

Linguine Pescadoro

I used just 1 can of clam juice and strained the other. I used less olives and instead of crushed tomaotes I used diced can tomatoes with balsamic. I had fetticini instead of linguini as well. Very good. We will make again and again.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

This was ok. I was expecting this to be excellent. The meatball was a little bland for my liking. We had a hard time keeping everything together in the lettuce. Very messy and prep time is consuming. My 11 year old was impressed and she is not a picky eater.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Amusement Park Cornbread

If anyone is using a pyrex pie plate, 20 minutes is not long enough may be 5 minutes or more longer. The taste is great, restaurant quality. I will be making again and eat with chili.
