Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2014
I made these and I agree with a prior review, they batter is a little too thick. My kids enjoyed them, but I feel the batter should have been thinner, so maybe additional milk should be added. I also added a little vanilla which gave it that extra delicious flavor.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2011
we loved them! I halved and quartered the sprouts, which I think was a good idea, there was more flavor. Also, make sure you shake the pan every 5 minutes, it only took about 20 minutes total cooking time to come out perfect!

Banana Bread V

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2011
ok, I added 1tsp. vanilla to the egg/butter mixture and 3/4 cups brown sugar, instead of white sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to the flour mixture. I used 3 bananas and a tbsp. milk. They came out great!! I made them as 6 large muffins, so I added a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and a little flour on the top.

Restaurant Style Beef and Broccoli

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
Tasted better than take out. I used chuck steak and sliced thin (froze it for 1/2 hour before cutting) and ginger powder instead of ginger root and I left the garlic and ginger in the oil, I used extra soy sauce instead of sherry. I also added sliced carrots, which went over great, not everyone likes broccoli.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
Great chicken recipe. The only changes I made were to coat the chicken in corn starch before frying and then when I added the sauce it got nice and thick and sticky and only 1 tbsp. Of hot sauce and it was still hot enough for us.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
Easy and delicious. You will never buy canned cinnamon buns again, I also added the cream cheese icing and everyone loved them. I don't think they actually doubled in size before cooking, but they came out delicious. I would make these again.
