Spiced Bacon Twists

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2011
This recipe is incredible! I cut the recipe in half since it was just for my husband and I, and I'm glad I did or we would have eaten the whole pound of bacon in one sitting! This recipe is a definite keeper, great texture, great taste, and best of all, very easy!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2011
This recipe is great and very easy. No measuring, just toss everything together in the skillet then layer it in a casserole dish. The flavor and texture is perfect, although we more than doubled the cheese simply because my family loves cheese. I will definitely make this again!

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2011
Delicious! I used chicken breasts because I prefer white meat, and it was very tender and juicy with the sauce. I served it over rice and everyone loved it! Very nice sweet sauce.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2011
This was a big dinner hit, and so easy to make! I thought the flavor was great, not too strong but definitely didn't disappoint. Everyone ate it right up, so I will be making this for dinner again!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: May 29, 2011
This recipe is delicious and very easy to make! It was warm and gooey with a thin crispy crust on top with a really nice texture. The only reason I rated this recipe with 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the blueberry syrup to be a little too sweet. Next time I will use less sugar. I also think it would be very good with other fruits as well. I will definitely be making this again!

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
This was my very first attempt at fondant, so I was really pleasantly surprised to find out how easy it was to work with (after the initial blending process). And in fact, I did not need as much confectioners' sugar as the recipe called for, however, I felt the recipe was very sweet, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I tried it out on a chocolate cake layered with a cherry chip cake. It was a hit, everyone really enjoyed it!

Lemon Whippersnappers

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
I don't have one complaint about these cookies. They turn out very soft with a nice, light lemon flavor. The powdered sugar compliments the cookie very well. I'll be making these often!

These biscuits were delicious! They were very soft and moist, with a very nice cheesy and garlic-y taste. They didn't last long, and I'll definitely be making these again!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
These muffins are very good! The bananas I used weren't quite ripe enough, so they weren't as sweet as I preferred, and I accidentally overcooked them by about a minute and a half, so they were a little less moist than they should have been. But even so, they're still great, and everyone in the house likes them! Can't wait to try it again next time (the right way)!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
This recipe is awesome and easy to make. The chicken turns out very tender, and the sauce is very creamy and flavorful. My only complaint is that the cheese seemed to melt out quite a bit, and I even doubled that ingredient. But the cheese that melts out just adds more flavor to the sauce. Definitely intend to make this again!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
These were great! I made them for a party and everyone loved them. I used Betty Crocker's Cherry Chip cake with cream cheese frosting and semi-sweet chocolate. Everyone commented that they were soft like cookie dough, which made me think that perhaps I mixed too much, packing it together and making it quite dense. Next time, I'll only mix it until the frosting is spread throughout. I'll definitely be making them for many more occasions!

Teriyaki Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
At first, the sauce seemed a little off to me (maybe too salty). But after letting it sit in the fridge for a few days and allowing the garlic add more of its flavor to the sauce, it was perfect! We will definitely be keeping this in the fridge all the time!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
This sauce was the perfect sweet and sour sauce for me. It's a bit more sweet than sour, and my husband said he thought there should be some green pepper and pineapple in the recipe as well. But as for me, I loved it so much I wanted to drink it! Yes that's right, DRINK IT!
