This is a keeper! -- I've made this many, many times, and my family loves it. - One small adjustment -- try sliced crimini mushrooms. -- They are usually on sale at my market. Again -- Love this one!

Mint Chutney

Try using just 3/4 cup mint and one jalapeno (with the seeds if you like more heat). -- Then, mix in a about 1/2 cup plain, full fat yogurt. Delicious on all kinds of stuff!. I've spent quite a bit of time in India and a dear friend taught me how to make hers. -- Once you try it, you find things to dip it in!

Easy Pork Chop Casserole

After reading the reviews, I used 6 thin, bone in pork chops, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms, 1 package lipton onion soup mix, 1/2 soup can of water, 1 cup sour cream, a little dried parsley and about 1 clove of garlic. I did not brown my pork chops becasue I thought they would be overcooked. Worked great! -- We served it over rice and loved it. I'll try it with chicken next time.

Spaghetti Carbonara I

This is very close the the recipe used at my favorite restaurant. Tip: cut down on the bacon, add a chopped lean cappicola, red, green, yellow pepers, onion, and garlic. Yummy!
