Carrot Cake III
Great stuff!(made with suggestions in most popular rating) This cake didn't have a chance! It was gone in a matter of HOURS! (there are only four of us) It was so moist and flavorful. I added crushed and drained pineapple because carrot cake(to me) tastes best with pineapple tartness. SO GOOD! can't say it enough.....I'm making ANOTHER!!!! keeper? YES!!!

Key Lime Pie VII
W........O...........W !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I licked the spoon! Not only did I LICK the spoon......I LICKED the bowl!!!!! This was SO good I debated on eating it straight up or baking it in Graham cracker GOODNESS! goodness won! Now......I wait.....the cooling process is KILLING me! I love you sharer of recipe! And THANK YOU!!!! also curse you since I'll be making this....A LOT!!!!!

Granola Energy Bars
WOW! I have to say, THESE ARE FANTASTIC! I used steel cut oats because it was what I had and because others warned about the sweetness, cut the honey to 3/4 c and used a cup of peanut butter. I did however, have a problem with them falling apart(due to decrease in honey and peanut butter?maybe?) but the TASTE IS UNREAL! Totally satisfied my sweet tooth :) Thank you for sharing your recipe! I loved it!
