Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
Oh my gosh, we love this soup! I used the 1 pound role of Jimmy Dean sausage. I omitted the zucchini and added a cup of chopped (FRESH not frozen) spinach. The spinach gave it good color and even my children (who dislike spinach,) loved this soup! I also did what others suggested and added a can of diced tomatos (with the juice)instead of the whole, fresh ones. We didnt have tortellini in, so I added shell noodles. Any pasta noodles will do fine with this soup. This is definitely a keeper recipe. So easy to make!

Garlic Prime Rib
I lost my regular recipe for prime rib and found this on allrecipes. i have never written a review, but this recipe I just had to! It was AWESOME! This is not too much garlic. After I slathered on the marinade, I got course sea salt and pressed it over this mixture. I put it in the oven for 15 min at 500 degrees and then lowered to 325. I cooked a 12 pound roast at 15 min per pound, and let it sit for 15 minutes when I took it out. If you like a salty crust, I recommend patting sea salt over this. Totally, awesome!

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
This is a true Irish recipe that my Mothers family (all from Ireland) have made for generations! I like to add 1 1/2 to 2 beers, because it makes an unbelievable gravy!
