Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I tried this (first time!) using tenderflake (2 inch diameter) tart shells. I was absolutely delicious. I cooked them for 18 minutes at 350 degrees. One pan I took out right away and one pan I left in as the oven cooled (only for about 20 minutes though), result were in favour of both; they were both great. Makes about 48 cheesecake tarts at full recipe, I made 36 with 3/4 of the recipe.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

aaaaaaaabsolutely delicious. I added a bit more bacon (because everything is better with more bacon) and didn't add any salt. Makes a delicious lunch at work the next day too.
