Irish Chicken and Dumplings
I used a can of flaky pilsbury biscuits and only simmered the chicken for about 40 minutes because it overflowed all over the stove after about 30. The final results were delicious, though.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
I halved the recipe, shredded leftover rotisserie chicken and used 4 cups of chicken stock instead. It was amazing, leftovers were amazing.

Baked Ziti I
I threw in 3 cloves of garlic and a pinch of italian seasoning along with salt & pepper on the meat, it was delicious.
