Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
I just made this, however like everyone else, I made some changes. I cut the chicken into cubes and boiled it in water. I combined 1/2 an onion, 1_1/4 cups of minute rice, a can of mix veggies, cream of chicken, water and a bunch of spices (basil, oregano, curry powder, celery salt, cumin). I mixed in the chicken when it was done cooking. I put tin foil over top and cooked it at 350 for 20 minutes. When it was done I sprinkled cheddar cheese on it. And served it when the cheese had melted. It was delicious! I will make this again and again.

Pineapple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
I made this just like the recipe except I did put garlic powder on the chops before cooking them. It was super delicious! I love it! My family loved it, too!

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
Yummm! I made this exactly like Barb said except I put it in 2 9" round pans. Delicious! I made it for my 2 boys for good behaviour at school bus stop. They loved it! It wasn't crunchy and it was kind of thick like a bar. Definitely will make again and again!

Dad's Breakfast Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2012
I made these tonight for dinner and they were EXCELLENT! However, I cooked them in a deep pan on the stove top. I heated crisco (half a big container) and added a little canola oil. My kids have never had them before, and they loved them. This recipe makes a ton of scones!! I was able to feed 2 teenage boys, dad, toddler and myself..there's enough left overs to fill our bellies again. I made them into the 2.5" circles. Yes, I will make again!!

Creamy Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2012
I made this but made some adjustments: I peeled and cut 5 large potatoes, used a bag of frozen cut carrots, 3-1/4C of water, 2C of milk, 1C of whipping cream, 1C of sour cream, 1T onion powder, 1/2T celery salt, 2T flour, 1 bag of cooked diced ham, and 2 chicken boulion cubes. I combined all ingredients into crock pot and set on high. Soup is done when potatoes and carrots are soft.

Super Bowl Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2012
I just made these except I don't have a bread maker so I just did it by hand. I did add 1/4C flour though, because it was too doughy. Other than that it's a great recipe! Loved them!

Aunt Mary's Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
I made this today. Here are some changes I would do for the next time I make it, though. Add 1tsp cinnamon. Add 1 more banana. Bake with tin foil over top at 325 for 1 hour, and 10 min without foil at 350.
