Roquefort Pear Salad

I made this last year for Thanksgiving and intend to make it again this year because it was very popular. I used 1& 1/2 bags of pre-packaged salad greens, a good blue cheese, and I followed another reviewer's suggestion of adding 2 TBLSP water to the sugar and pecan mixture.Excellent recipe!

Martha's Vegetable Beef Soup

I doubled the recipe and froze half for later.My husband who never eats leftovers ate this soup till it was all gone. I added a cup of red wine(remember I doubled the recipe)and that is what gave the flavor more depth. Great recipe,I will use it often.

Country Apple Dumplings

I made this for my husband's birthday. It was easy to make and tasted great.His favorite dessert is apple dumplings and I think I've found a recipe that's simple to make yet tastes really good. Served it with vanilla bean ice cream.

Shrimp Etouffee II

This was so tasty and so easy the only thing I changed was I used dried parsley because I didn't have fresh but it still turned out great. My husband kept telling me how good it was. Thanks for a great easy recipe

Cookie Salad I

I sliced 2 bananas instead of the pineapple(personal taste just don't like pineapple)be sure you put the cookies in right before serving.took it to a church luncheon everyone wanted the recipe

this makes a huge amount which is a good thing ,it always goes quickly at parties,make sure you let it marinate as long as possible, it really improves in flavor the next day after the different flavors have time to blend

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
