Pizza Dough III

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
Great pizza dough, for better tasting dough wrap the dough in saran wrap and put in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. I always add Italian seasoning to my dough with some garlic. When baking the pizza your oven should be on the highest setting, I bake mine at 550 degrees for about 12 minutes. Comes out awesome.

Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2011
I love this recipe its so simple and easy, these came out delicious, I used semi sweet choc because that's all I had. They weren't as chocolaty as I would have liked but still awesome. I also added vanilla, next time I will use bittersweet choc.

Bubba's Jambalaya

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
Very tasty, I only used 3 slices of bacon because 6 just seemed like overkill with all the other meats that are used. This is also good put inside a flour tortilla.

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Pretty good, I used this for a chocolate cake with home made whipped cream on top. Not sure the consistency came out right but none the less it tasted good.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2011
Good cookies I used vanilla pudding and added coconut, but they pretty much just tasted like any other cookie I've made without the pudding mix, I couldn't really taste the vanilla pudding flavor. I also needed to add about a cup more flour to get the batter the right consistency, they came out soft not cakey at all.

Onion Soup Mix

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
Good flavor but made my casserole dish way to salty, the additional salt is not needed. Next time I will try using only 2 or 3 bouillon cubes, since there loaded with salt.

Butter Crescents

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
Pretty good but it seems to be missing some flavor I think it might need a little more salt or something. I used half of the rolls to make pigs in a blanket with lil smokies and I baked at 360 degrees for about 18 minutes.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2011
tasted pretty good but the sauce seemed to be lacking in flavor as did the batter. Next time I will add some spices to batter and find a better sweet and sour recipe.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
meh this was alright seems like its missing some spices, very easy to make though I also used canned apples since that's all I had. Apple pie isn't really one of my all time favorite pies though and I can't even remember the last time I had one before trying this.

Homemade Flour Tortillas

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
This was my first time trying to make tortillas and these did not come out good at all , they were dry and broke in half as soon as I tried to fold them. I did some research and it seems you need to use alot more lard. I will try to make these again. edit * Made these again halving the recipe used a 1/4 cup of butter instead of the 1 TB and they came out great. After I rolled them into balls I put a towel over them and let them sit for 20 minutes before rolling them out.
