Pasta e Fagioli a la Chez Ivano
I thought Olive Garden was the best. You are not going to get a better recipe than this. 1-10 scoring this is a 25 Don't try to be Emerill and tweak this recipe. Cook as stated.

Oyster and Spinach Chowder
Used skim milk, 4 celery ribs, 1 teaspoon worcetershire sauce, 4 garlic cloves, and 1/2 stick of butter (very slight changes). 1-10 rating- I give it a 25.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I
Was excellent. Did a couple minor changes. Used one IPA beer, beefy onion mix packet, 4 large garlic cloves, and 2 TBLS of pickling spice in addition to the small pack that comes with the brisket. Best I Ever Ate.
