Beer Batter Fish Made Great
This recipe produced a very flavorful crispy fish. I tried it as is first, then I rolled the fish in panko bread crumbs after dipping. I am not going to take away from this recipe but suggest you try one piece of your fish this way. Great Recipe. Thanks

Pasta e Fagioli a la Chez Ivano
I thought Olive Garden was the best. You are not going to get a better recipe than this. 1-10 scoring this is a 25 Don't try to be Emerill and tweak this recipe. Cook as stated.

Oyster and Spinach Chowder
Used skim milk, 4 celery ribs, 1 teaspoon worcetershire sauce, 4 garlic cloves, and 1/2 stick of butter (very slight changes). 1-10 rating- I give it a 25.
