Ricardo's Pizza Crust

All I can say is WOW! We were so amazed on how awesome this recipe came out. I let the dough do its thing in the bread machine for the full 1 hr 30 min cycle,took it out then punched it down and kneaded a bit on a floured board, let rise for 40 more min. then transferred to a oiled bowl for storage (had to make 2 batches and take across the street). We then put the dough directly on the un-warmed pizza stones (very hard to transfer once prepared) and baked at 425 for around 20 min (watch them!). It was wonderful- will never buy pizza already made again!

Bread Machine Rolls

I wish I could give this receipe 6 stars. I LOVED these rolls. I made 8 HUGE ones. They kept fine wrapped in tin foil in the fridge, then microwaved. No alterations- perfect the way it is.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies I

Fabulous. And White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies are my favorite. These had the consistency of Subway's old ones before they got smaller/cakey. Followed directions exactly. My neighbor and boyfriend had about 20 cookies each! The recipe makes about 2 dozen, maybe a little over. I used the 1 in cookie scoop and baked for about 18 min.

Best Bread Machine Bread

WOW! Finally a bread recipe that works, haha! After receivingmy new Kenmore bread maker for Christmas, I tried out the recipe provided in the manual- the bread turned out to be a HUGE mass of weird, crumbly mess. This recipe's ratios sounded better, the dough looked better (tacky to the touch). Don't be afraid to let the yeast proof w/ the water/sugar b4 adding dry ingredients. I used evoo instead of veg oil and 2 tsp salt both added great flavor. I will save this recipe!

Bread Machine Bagels

I added 1/8 c water, then about 1 tbsp once it was kneading bc it looked quite crumbly. I also let the bagels rest for 20 min once formed. I dipped them in evoo & basil- turned out pretty good! I will continue tweaking, adding mix ins to enhance the flavor (blueberries!) and letting them rest for longer to get bigger.
