Eel Sauce
This was very yumm!!! I didn't have to add cornstarch at all. The sauce is thickened perfectly as it cooled down. I served it with vegetarian sushi and onigiri tuna for dinner and this morning with breakfast sushi roll. Next time i'll be making this again with some dashi stock.

Tomato and Garlic Pasta
I've made this several times now. And they always came beautiful and delicioso! I've tried to add some zucchini, jalapeƱos and they were gorgeous! I used baby roma tomatoes and didn't bother to peel them, plus i didn't add tomato paste and still it was awesome!

Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta
Yumm yumm yumm! I made some changes though (as always!) and it came out as one gorgeous dinner. I used the dark meat from the chicken thigh, cut it in bite pieces, sprinkled them with salt, pepper and paprika powder, and instead of boiling it, i sauteed it with some olive oil and set it aside. I used button mushrooms, broccolli and red bell pepper. You can adjust the vegetables to your liking and just cook everything in the same skillet. And instead of parmesan cheese, i used gorgonzola and roquefort that give this dish a nice taste. Thanks for the recipe, Cooking Mama!
