Spiced Butternut Squash Muffins

Measured 8oz of squash - worked out to be 1/2 of my squash. Made them as mini-muffins and left out the tbs of butter. Delicious!

Banana Cake II

I have made this 3 times now. I've never measured the bananas, just always use 3 very ripe large ones. It is amazing. We don't even bother frosting it.

No Bake Cookies III
