Yummy Roll Ups

Everyone loves these. I would highly recommend using the dill pickles from the refrigerator case (Claussen) and not the general kind found on the regular shelves (Vlasic)

Skillet Cookies I

Very good and easy to make. I have never had a date in my life but I figured, "Why not." I will definitely make these again. Oh yeah, I used coconut instead of powered sugar.

Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich

Made this as an appetizer. Used french bread rounds. Spread sauce (w/double hot sauce), shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. Baked open face just until cheese was melted. Wonderful!

Super Easy Hazelnut Pastries

This was very bland. I had high hopes as I love puff pastry and Nutella. What a disappoint for our cookie exchange. Cookies lost their crispness after only one day. Will not make again ever!

Fruit Slaw

You have to use this right away. Otherwise the berries start breaking down and the mixture gets to soggy. But it is a nice change from regular cole slaw. Would consider making again but in a smaller batch.

Bachelor's Stew

Belgian Christmas Cookies

Used for a cookie exchange (made a lot & easy). I had my doubts while spreading out in pan. But it evened out and puffed up beautifully. Very fragrant and buttery. Got a lot of compliments and remarks on them. I will keep this recipe for next year.

Harvest Loaf Cake

I can't beleive I finally found this! My mom used to make this and I loved it. Thought the recipe was lost. Thank you for sharing it! It is so moist and smells wonderful while baking.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Made this for a work luncheon. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. Couldn't beleive how easy it was to make. People couldn't beleive it was just graham crackers as the crust. Only draw back is it needs to be refrigerated. Not the best choice for a picnic outting.
