Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Every time I am asked to bring something to a party - they always request this salad! My husband usually hoards a bowl of it in the refrigerator for later!

Great Recipe! I double the wine, bouillon, whipping cream and cornstarch (actually I even add a little extra bouillon for more taste) and use it on bow tie pasta. I slice the chicken and pour the sauce on top and the rest goes in with the pasta. Such a pretty presentation and delicious! Everyone loves it (even my picky daughter!). Just be careful to get all the toothpicks out of the chicken before you serve :-)

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

I LOVE to bake. I bake a lot of recipes that are very involved and time-consuming. My father explained a cake to me he saw on a cooking show and wanted it for Fathers Day. I, of course, turned to AllRecipes.com and found this recipe. I was a little hesitant because it seemed way too easy. I made it and followed some other reviewers suggestions and added 1/2 cup brown sugar sprinkled on top followed by the cinnamon. My husband and my sister-in-law wouldn't shut up about it!! I can't believe slaving over a stove making all of these fancy things - and this is the one he absolutely loves - go figure! Thanks - I'll be making this over and over and over....

Spring Biscotti

I recently made these for my children's Communion party as "something different" from the traditional cookies. I had people fighting over them! My Aunt was almost in tears saying that her Mom used to make biscotti just like these. Thank you so much for this recipe and I will surely make these again and again.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies I

This will be the third Christmas now that I've made these cookies to give to friends, family and neighbors. My husband prefers to eat them fresh out of the oven and my neighbors can't eat enough of them. I also put them in the small muffin tins and they are so easy to make and the kids love to help.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta

My husband absolutely LOVED this dish. It was pretty easy to prepare and didn't take too much time to cook. My kids, however, didn't like it - said it was too hot. Perhaps next time I'll add the red pepper flakes just for my hubby. Thanks!

Brownie Biscotti

I have never made biscotti before, but figured I would give it a try. The only problem I had was the dough sticking to everything. When I sent them to work with my husband, everyone said it was the best biscotti they had ever had - they actually said they never found a chocolate biscotti that they liked, until now!
