Slow Cooker London Broil

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2005
This was a delicious meal and very easy to prepare. I made it as is and cooked it on low for 7 hours. I will probably cook it a little bit longer next time because it wasn't as tender as I was expecting it to be but it was VERY tasty. I also thought that the tomato soup was going to taste a little weird but all of the flavors blended nicely together.

Baked Tofu Spinach Wrap

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2003
This recipe was delicious. It was easy to make too. I couldn't find the hickory flavored tofu so I just used plain and it tasted fine. The dish really take the flavor of the salad dressing. I used low fat ranch to make it even more healthy!
