Great tasting recipe! Since I'm vegan I used vegetable broth instead of chicken bouillon. I left out the onion and used Italian seasoning (so I wouldn't have to buy the marjoram). I blended the sour cream into the mixture one tablespoon at a time until I got the creamy taste that was right for me. Delicious!!! Did not take long for the butternut squash to soften when boiled.
