Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins

I followed this recipe with a couple small adjustments. I only put 1/2 TBS of cin., I added 1/4 cup oats and put n a little extra applesauce to keep moist. They were not that great. I won't try making these again

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This was very good. I used pork butt steaks because I couldnt find any other cuts. I thought the meat could have been seasoned a little more but it ended up tasting great with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and potato wedges!

Prego® Sausage-Stuffed Green Peppers

This recipe was great, but I changed a few things about it. I did not use any oil, I used hot sauage, and added some spicey Busch's beans to the mix to make it a little more healthy and filling. I don't like regular stuffed green peppers but these were excellent!

This was really great and moist. I added the crumb topping as another reviewer suggested. Also used 1/2 tsp. nutmeg just in case 2 tsp. was to much.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Imade this pumpkin bread with my leftover pumpkin from a cheesecake I made. I halfed the recipe and made it into 3 mini loafs. It turned out so good and moist. I will be keeping this recipe for future use!
