Maple Salmon

FANTASTIC! I took another person's advice and wrapped the fish individually in foil to seal in the flavor. My whole family loved this!

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
I really liked these as a healthier alternative. I had to cook them a lot longer than the recipe said to in order to attain to the desired "crunchiness" but the flavor was awesome!

Lots of ingredients, but well worth it! I followed the recipe exactly and loved it.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
So good! I followed another person's advice and drained the sausage and patted it dry to cut down on the grease. I also used milk and cornstarch in place of cream and used kale instead of spinach, although I think either would be great in it! Will definitely be making again!

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze

YUMMO! I love mushrooms about any way they come, but this was definitely a fantastic way to serve them! We ate them over grilled ribeyes =)

I will be making this recipe every deer season! It was absolutely fantastic! You can't go wrong when you wrap bacon around something!

Oat Applesauce Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
These are my favorite muffins! They are so moist and you can do so much with them! I add cinnamon, vanilla, and sometimes raisins. My 2-year-old loves them. I also use quick oats. Delicious!

Tiny Pecan Tarts

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
WARNING!!! These are extremely addictive! I seriously could not stop eating them when I made them for Thanksgiving and neither could the rest of my family. Definitely one of my favorite recipes! I only make half of the filling...it is more than enough.

Whole Wheat Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
I loved the flavor of the pasta. I had to add just a little bit more water than the recipe called for, but be careful and don't add too much! The more you work the dough the more moist it will become!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
Delicious, Mouse!!! My whole family LOVED it and they normally don't like homemade mac & cheese. I made this exactly like the recipe said. I couldn't find a block of American cheese so I used 8 oz worth of the sliced American cheese and it worked just fine =) I'll definitely be making this again!

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
I thought these were pretty good! The only thing is I think next time I might saute the garlic a little bit before I mix it with the meat so it's a little bit softer. I wasn't able to grill them due to the weather so I just cooked them on a griddle so they were a little greasy, but I'm sure cooking them on the grill would solve that problem. Overall a very good recipe!

Sausage Pasta

Simple and delicious! I love one skillet dishes and I think this is going to be one of my regulars. I used mild ground Italian sausage but kept everything else exactly like the recipe said.

Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
My family really liked this recipe. I thought just the chicken by itself without the sauce was pretty good, but the sauce was just a bit much for my taste, but I'm not much on vinegar so that's probably why!

Ok, these are fantastic as they are, BUT for a more robust flavor use smoked cheddar cheese. YUMMO!!!

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
These are delicious and sooooo simple. I did a yellow sugar-free cake mix with chocolate chips. A friend of mine used to make "ying-yang" cookies-half white and half chocolate- and they were so so yummy!

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
I like to make 100% sure that my crust is done and a no-fail way to do that is to partially cook the crust before you put on the toppings. I always cook it for about 7-10 minutes for a thin crust and about 15 for a thick crust. If you put on the alfredo sauce right after the crust comes out of the oven it spreads much easier, also. A delicious recipe!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
Ok, I'm not giving this the full 5 stars because mine turned out just a tad bit on the dry side. I think it is a good place to start but definitely needs some improvements: I coated the chicken breasts in olive oil, put salt and pepper on them, and baked them at 350 for about about 40 minutes, then I cubed them. I sauteed the onion in sesame oil. I fried a couple of pieces of bacon and crumbled them in at the end. I also added frozen peas, carrots, and some fresh mushrooms and sprinkled on some green onions for garnish...YUMMO!
