a good cookie. you dont really think they are made from chips. the trick is to use a good quality chip. keep away from the off brand greasy chipa and you will really enjoy these

i can only give this 3 stars because this is not really cooking. truth is how can you mess this up? as long as you start with a good quality hot dog they will be good as the dough is pre made..duh..... any way they make a great snack and there fun to make

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

gave 4 stars only because it is not pepper steak as true pepper steak is most often a stir fry dish. this is more of a chopped steak with peppers dish and it is very good. if you use a good grade of meat it will come out very tender i recommend the extra time and low setting as this really gets the meat done the way it should be

Three Cheese Spaghetti Pie

not a bad little dish. dont use the pie shell as it is not needed. you can even make about 2 lbs of the pasta and use a reg. lasagna pan if you need more then the 9 inch pie shell bowl makes. of couse most of this depends on how good the sauce is

Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)

i made these in a deep fryer in extra vir oliv oil. they have great taste and were well enjoyed. the dough is easy to work with and would work well with any bread recipe. i may use this as a pizza crest next. the key is to use a good quality confection sugar at the end.

Quick Sesame Green Beans

family said they were great i found the red pepper to hot for my taste. i also did not use the miso as i dont care for it. the fresh ginger really set it off with great flavor and i will make this again with out the pepper

Spritz Cookies II

very nice cookie. not to strong a flavor very understated and great to eat. i made them for a party and they were placed out on a table with 4 other spriz cookie trays. these were the last ones put out and the first ones gone. they work best when made with a cookie press as this will allow you to make them uniform and uniform cookies always bake better

very good cookie. peanut butter flavor is not over powering. easy to make and i bet the kid will love makeing them into balls. just dont press too hard when you put in the kiss or it will crack the sides of the cookies

gave 4 stars rather then 5 because they are really crescent shaped bread rather then crescents. they are very good and make a great dinner roll. i bet tehy also be very good stuffed with beef or pork.

Moroccan Meat Cigars

i did not care for this dish at all as i did not like the flavor and blend of the spices. i still gave this a 3 star because on of my guest loved them and asked to take some home. i think these would work better with a nice thin bread dough as opposed to the phyllo dough which i found to be too thin and flakey and lacking in both body and flavor. also a nice dipping sauce of some kind would really pick this dish up a lot

Miller's Marinara

this is a very nice sauce that will work for many pasta dishes. change the amount of salt to 2 tea spoons and you will be ok. as many others said it must be a misprint as the table spoons will kill this sauce. i would recomend the slow cooker way as this will really brino out all the flavors. you may also want to remove some of the oil that will come to the top at the end of the 8 hours although you can just mix it back in if you like. i prefer to remove it myself

nice lasagna recipe. they key is in the sauce and of course having good sausage and beef. just remember the movie goodfellas and dont forget to stir the sauce often or it will reduce and burn
