Chantal's New York Cheesecake
outstanding i made them for a work function and it was the only sell out only one slice was taken from the cake sitting next to this cheese cake.

Double Crust Stuffed Pizza
this was good. easy to make and it make a great impression on the table. the dough is a little sticky and hard to work with but it is well worth the effort

Baked Spaghetti
quick easy looks and taste like more went into it. as lomg as you have a good sauce you will be ok. i dont line the pan with foil..that makes no sense to me but hey it wont hurt either
