Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Love this! With bacon is good, but without is great, too. I use Splenda, and also throw in sweet diced red pepper, snow peas and tiny cubes of white cheddar for variation. Sunflower seeds or sliced almonds both add a lovely texture. Yum! Thanks Alyson!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

This was fantastic! I agree with doubling the marinade and setting some aside for drizzling or dipping later. I used this recipe for both kabobs and chicken breasts cooked inside on a grill pan and outside on the grill. Also made it once using Veri Veri Teriyaki in place of plain soy (it combines garlic, ginger, and toasted sesame seeds with preservative-free soy). Highly recommended. Love it, thank you for this recipe!

My Mom's Parmesan Chicken

This was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised because I wasn't sure I would appreciate the wine added at the end. I used cutlets, and soaked them in buttermilk for about a half hour prior to coating them with the cheese/crumb mixture. This entree was perfect and was gone in one sitting. Unfortunately, there are-no leftovers!

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups

I used two TBS Dijon and that was more than adequate. I also used less salt. I had never cooked with tarragon before and really enjoyed it! The more I think about it, I think this would be just as good without rolling up the chicken. Adding the sauce, asparagus and cheese on top of the breast would prevent the cheese from coming out of the ends (which happened with mine), and then it could be served with more sauce drizzled over the baked breasts. I can't wait to try this again soon.

Flank Steak Marinade

This was excellent. I have been buying marinated steak tips at The Meat House and this marinade is very close in taste to their's. I used red wine vinegar instead of garlic vinegar, and added a bit of kosher salt. I also used a little less brown sugar. It was FABULOUS.

Corn Casserole III

I made this for Christmas and everyone loved it. I added one egg as suggested by several reviewers. This was sweet but not overwhelmingly so, and the texture was great. It was a huge hit...many compliments. I will make this again for sure.
