The Best Marinade Around

Burrito Pie

Excellent. I omitted the olives and added more cheese then topped with sour cream before baking. It was great. Next time I will use rotel without chilis since it was a little too spicy for my family. I will definately make this recipe again.

Chicken and Dumplings III

I added mixed vegetables and used bisquick to make the dumplings. The dumplings were fabulous. I used and ice cream scope or melon baller depending on how big I wanted the dumplings to be. I used alot more seasoning bay leaf (to boil the chicken) garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper. You loose alot of the salt by only reserving enough broth to cover the chicken. You could also just boil the chicken with all of the seasoning and then use plain or low sodium broth to finish the dish.
