Key Lime Pie VII
Hello. I made this wonderful pie last night. I used one and ¾ cans of the SCM and added a little more sour cream to make up for it so it wouldn’t be too sweet as other reviewers have mentioned. My boyfriend said it probably is the best key lime pie he has ever had! Thank you for a great recipe!

Italian Sausage Soup
I made this soup last night and it was FANTASTIC! I didn’t think such few ingredients would yield such a flavorful soup but all the reviews made me want to try it! I did add a slight bit of Italian seasoning, orzo, and an onion. It was the best soup I have made at home! So hearty! I served it with warm bread, olive oil with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese. Thanks for an excellent recipe.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
I made a double batch of this for a dinner party this past weekend. I was skeptical because of the lack of heavy cream but it was fantastic! I used fresh garlic sautéed in the butter and a touch of nutmeg. I did add chicken to the top of mine. I also have to say this was even better the next day! I am making this again tonight, great recipe!
