I love sweet coffee so I loved this! If it is too sweet for you try less condensed milk. Yummy!

Chicken Chile Spaghetti

Love this recipe!!! Seconds were a must. Two small notes.....you only need 1/2 pound of pasta and I used pepper jack Velveeta for a little extra kick!

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf

I used ground turkey for this recipe. Added some fresh garlic and italian seasoning to the turkey. Also, for the sauce, just omit the water, and it will turn out perfect.....just plain yummy!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

very yummy. however, next time i would make each cookie bite size so you get a cherry in every bite. dont let the dough scare you....it's crumbly but turns out smooth when you shape the cookies.

i guess i did something wrong. i am definitely not crazy about this cookie. very hard to handle as they just crumble when you touch them and i dont much care for the taste either. wont make again...but everyone has their own opinion.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Great recipe! I even got people who dont like pumpkin, or never had pumpkin, to eat them. Now they all want the recipe too. The only thing I will change next time is to make only half of the glaze. You definitely dont need a lot on these yummy cookie cakes.

My Crab Cakes

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Excellent Recipe!!! I skipped the ketchup and used bbq sauce, added garlic, onions, and honey. Better than the best restaurant ribs I've had. Try them, you'll make them over and over again.

Fried Ice Cream

This is a great recipe. A big hit at our house. At first I couldnt get the ice cream into a ball shape but once you coat the ice cream with the crumbs you can create the ball shape you need. Thanks for the corn flake crumb suggestion (next to the bread crumbs at the market). This is delicious. I will make it a million more times!

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

Great idea and Great tasting! Next time I'll use less sauce and bake the bread (to harden) before spreading the cheese mixture so the bread will not get mushy. Instead of cutting the bread into 1 inch pieces, I sliced the bread and placed the slices on the bottom of the pan which made it easy to spread on the cheese. I think next time I'll add more meatballs!!!
