Excellent, easy and delicious. If you are a pumpkin pie lover, you will love this cake. Took no time at all to prepare. I even made it with pumpkin that I grew and cooked myself. If you are looking for a very moist, pumpkin spicy cake, this is the recipe for you.

I HAVE MADE THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. EVERYBODY IN MY FAMILY LOVES THIS RECIPE. WE EAT IT AS A MAIN DISH. WHO NEEDS MEAT WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THAT MACARONI!

Cuban Midnight Sandwich

MY KIDS LOVED IT. IT IS SOO0 HARD TO GET THEM TO TRY ANYTHING NEW THAT THIS WAS A TRUE TRIUMPH. EVEN MY HUBBY THAT DOES NOT LIKE MAYO OR MUSTARD LOVE THIS SANDWICH AND WANTED IT THE NEXT DAY FOR LUNCH. TO MY SANDWICH I ADDED PEPERONCINI, ONION AND SALAMI, OMGOODNESS! SO GOOD. WE WANT TO SHARE THESE WITH ALL OF OUR FRIENDS.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies III

My whole family loved it. I made it for my friends wedding reception and was asked for the recipe. Sidenote, make sure if you take it to a reception or party, make sure people know that it has nuts!

Bou's Chicken

This was great. I searched the net for an hour to find it again because I did not put it in my favorites. Definetly a keeper. I used chicken wings and chicken breast strips I also added cayenne pepper to it and everbody in my family loved it (even my picky 8 yr old who is now 16) which is saying alot. None of us have the same tastes, so it is nice when I find a recipe that we all love and ask for.

Chili Dog Casserole I

AWESOME! my pickey 8 yr old said. Well, four kids ate all but 1/3 of my 9x13 pan. I did broil the buns first...I only used 5, and I did add 1/2 a bag of Frito Scoops (crunched up in big chunks), also I used two cans of chili (one spicy and one regular). They loved it. Thanks for the recipe Dana.

Crispy Fish Fillets

This was good. No one in my family really likes fish, but they ate it. My husband who does not eat red meat, really loved it. I liked it, but definitely does need extra seasoning. I added hot pepper sauce to my eggs and cayenne pepper to the potato flakes, but it still needed more. I will make again.

Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

awesome recipe. easy enough for my 11 yr old son to make. we seasoned in layers, first the onion and garlic, then the meat, then the french fries. It was great. even my husband that does not eat a lot of meat enjoyed it.

Classic Pizza Margharita

great pizza recipe. we added bell pepper and onion to ours. also we used hunts tomato sauce with basil, garlic, and oregano. I know it is not supposed to have sauce, but we just needed something more.
