If I could I would give this recipe 10*'s. My mom used to make this for me when I was a little girl. She sometimes substituted lime juice for the lemon and some times she would add a bit of lime juice to the lemon juice. This recipe brings back so many memories...now I plan to use this recipe to build memories with my own son's and friends at church.

Kids-Only Pepperoni Pizza Bagels

Breakfast Burritos

These are a staple in my house. My hubby does not eat bacon, so I make his without. We add La Victoria's Salsa Brava to these. This makes them real spicy.

Kabobs

Oh My Goodness! These were the best kabobs I have ever had. Don't forget the mushrooms and pineapple. I had more veggies then meat, so I made serveral veggie skewers. I am making them again this week. I made them with Rainbow Pasta Salad II. Great meal. Even the left overs were wonderful, tender and juicy.

Cream Puffs

Garlic Roasted Chicken

I really liked this. I did not have the exact seasonings, but I had very similar items. One big change I made was to pour the marinade out before baking it. The chicken was very tender. Almost forgot, I added worcestershire

Best Ever Muffins

Ok, I am a nerd. Forgot to add the egg. They were still wonderful, just a little rubbery, (but that was my fault). I added fresh squeezed orange juice from two oranges, and the zest of one, also, I had frozen strawberries so I defrosted about 6 of them, chopped them and added them...next time I will add more. Yummy!

Rainbow Pasta Salad II

This salad is always good. I never add tomatoes because I am alergic to them. This time I added carrots. I made this with "kabobs" from this site. Yummy!

Chicken Hurry

The only reason that I gave this 3*'s is because while it was cooking, all I could think of was meatloaf. I will try this sauce again, but on meatloaf instead.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This was so good. I was not too sure about using chicken in a red chili, but I am so happy that I tried this. I did not use the beer, but replaced it with the same amount of water and a tablespoon chicken bouillon.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

This is the best chicken soft taco I have ever had. I did make it easier on my self. I bought fresh chicken tenders, chopped them into little pieces, put them in a large ziplock baggie; added 1 teaspoon each of cumin, oregano, chilie powder, salt, pepper and a li'l bit of olive oil. Let stand for about 30 min. Then followed the directions from there.

E-Z Drop Biscuits

YAY! Finally a biscuit that even I can't mess up. We loved these. Made them with turkey a-la king (also from this site). They were a hit together. I made 8 large biscuits. I had one with dinner and had the other with butter and honey. YUM-O!

This was soooo good and easy. I made with my son's favorite rice and e-z drop biscuits (from this site). It was a hit. The only bad thing about this recipe was that there were no left-overs.

Mexican Casserole

This is exactly what I wanted. I made this twice in one week. I did not use chicken breast, but 2 lb ground turkey. It was wonderful. I did not do #'s 3-5, but did it all on the stove. Yes, this took less than 30 mins. I will make this over and over again.
