Italian Wedding Soup I

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2006
This was really good! Unfortuately, I forgot to add the orzo, but it was still really good. I will make again with the orzo. I also browned my meatballs before i added them to the soup. I did not add the escarole either; when I got to the store and saw what it looked like, I was not too sure about adding a lettuce type veggie to my soup. I made it with "Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches"(from this site). The combo was awesome together.

Broccoli Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2006
This is really good. It was easy too. I used broccoli and cheese soup and added a 16 oz bag of frozen cauliflower. I thought it was broccoli. I made this with Orzo with Parmesan and Basil from this site. Yum! Yum!

Hershey's ® Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2006
This was really yummy. I had to make my gelatin twice, because the first time I poured it too quickly into the water. Other than that it was easy and fast.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2006
This was so easy that I allowed my 12 yr old son to make this, this year for our cookie trays. It was wonderful. The only thing extra I did was to put it into my stand mixer and let it beat until it was very, very creamy. Oh my Goodness I had to email this recipe to two of my friend on Christmas Eve.

This recipe is so not worth 250.00. Probably not even 2.50. I will not make these again.

We really liked these. The only problem I had was that I could not get the dough thin enough.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2005
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! My 12 yr old son and I made it for dinner together and then the next day for lunch, he made it all by himself. We used easy peel shrimp and it took us no time at all to put together.

Not at all what I expected. When it was done baking, it reminded me of a pretzil. I don't think I will try it again.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2005
I liked this, but the canned spinach was not my cup of tea. If I make this again, I will use fresh spinach. My family liked it. I cut up the chicken and mixed everything together except for the spinach. I also cooked four thighs and left them whole.

Awesome Chicken and Yellow Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2005
Absolutely Wonderful! I did make the recipe a little more user friendly. I bought a costco rotisserie chicken and softened my veggies on the stovetop, while I shredded my chicken, I made 2 packages of the Mahatma brand yellow rice, then mixed everything together and baked for 20 min. It was all gone. I had my nieces over and my hubby and I did not even get seconds.

Puff Balls

These were easy to make, but the biscuits I chose were very salty and they did nothing for the sugar topping. I will make more, but this time I will choose a different biscuit.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2005
OMGoodness! This is the best way to make Alfredo. It really is quick and easy. This time I did not have enough butter, so I used 1/2 EVOO. They forgot to add the word yummy to the title. My oldest son does not like cheese sauce, but he loves this. I make mine with chicken or ground turkey.

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp

OK I went a little crazy with this recipe. I not only made this in a large spring form pan, but I also put it in a pie shell. It was wonderful. My hubby loved it, my kids loved it and I didn't even get to try it. I am making it again, but this time I am adding extra topping. I served it warm for breakfast with whipped cream on top. (shh...I was very naughty)
