Poblano Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2013
This was so good. I added a red can of tomato sauce with jalapenos to the sauce. I did not use Mozzarella, but a mixture of Colby jack and pepper jack cheese. I roasted the peppers and only used two whole jalapenos, scraped the cooked peppers into the sauce too. Really, really good.

Super yummy. I grilled the steak and a piece of chicken for my hubby and he made the salad. I will make this all summer.

Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
This is amazing! I made it for 1.1.13. This meal is so elegant that it can be served for any special occasion or holiday. I make my own Alfredo using this recipe. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/quick-and-easy-alfredo-sauce/detail.aspx?event8=1&prop24=SR_Title&e11=quick%20and&e8=Quick%20Search&event10=1&e7=Home%20Page It was a lot easier to make than I thought. I added a tablespoon of diced jalapeno to the ricotta mixture, but next time I will add more next time because this addition was just what my family loves.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies II

Excellent cookie. I love the way they feel in my mouth, they melt and then a rush of melted chocolate and peanut butter. A blissful piece of heaven for the mouth.

Pumpkin Gingerbread

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
I loved this. I used almost a whole large can of pumpkin (minus half-a-cup) and it came out remarkably well. I baked it in a fluted bunt pan for an hour. My niece suggested that I pour in some milk chocolate toffee bits, so I poured them on top and then swirled them around because, of course, it was already in the pan, but it came out perfectly. Thank goodness that I got the last piece.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

This was so good. We added a can of pineapple rings with it's juice to the marinade and omitted the oil all together. Very simple marinade with great results.

Restaurant-Style Extra Crispy Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2012
I used this recipe and it rivaled my mom's fried chicken. I just placed the chicken in a bowl and let it sit on a counter to marinade to bring it to room temp, this brings better results when cooking any meat. When it was done marinating, I put it in a large bowl added a quarter cup of hot sauce, some pappy's choice seasoning and McCormick's hot shot pepper, after each piece was covered, dropped in a bag of flour one-at-a-time and shake to completely cover and then place in medium-high oil until they were golden brown and crispy. There is no need to double dip, they are coated to perfection when you do it like this.

These were GREAT! I did sub 1/2 of the sour cream with 1/2 cup of green salsa. Other than that these are wonderful.

omgoodness, this is so good. I didn't add the vinegar or pimento, or dill pickles, or processed cheese. I did add half a packet of ranch, used sweet pickle relish, and diced pepper jack cheese.

Food Wishes Video Recipes: Original Buffalo Chicken Wings (Shaken, Not Stirred) – Totally Authentic, Or So I Hear

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2012
OMGoodness, these are so good. I was afraid that they were going to be very time consuming to make, but they weren't at all. They were very easy to make and very easy to eat too. I did that little trick at the end where you put them back in the hot oven that has been turned off and that really made everything come together. I had two bags of frozen wings already separated, the only problem was that they were frozen when I took them out at 5pm to make dinner. I filled the bags halfway with water and defrosted them in the sink...even with this inconvenience, dinner was ready by 7pm. I served them with a mixed green salad and rice. Everybody loved this meal. It is going in my regular rotation.

Butterscotch Oatmeal

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2011
Yummy! This is so good. I was worried about the milk to oatmeal ratio, but this is really good. I did add cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to the end result. Yum! *UPDATE* I made this for breakfast this morning. I added a small, diced apple a handful of craisins, cinnamon, a dash of cardamon and vanilla right before i served it. OMGosh, it was so amazing!
